For sale we have this beautiful and well crafted G Plan dressing table designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for G Plan in the early 60s. Although initially designed to be a dressing table it is becoming very popular as a desk nowadays. Its size makes it the perfect comfortable stylish, retro, modernist desk for a small office/apartment. The unit is part of the Danish range and the Kofod-Larsen signature golden stamp is present in one of the drawers. It has 2 deep drawers each side (4 drawers in total) with the original and beautiful split handles, Larsen’s signature design. It shows a fantastic grain through. The condition is excellent with little signs of ware, although there is some minor blemishes on the right side top veneer edge (as per photos) but nothing that detracts from the overall stunning condition and looks of this 50 years old piece. All drawers run smoothly and are in very good clean condition. Overall a stunning and rare piece of the finest Danish inspired 1960s British modern design. Chair not included in the price.
