Stunning, Danish inspired 1960’s long sideboard constructed from solid afromosia and teak. This incredibly stylish sideboard was manufactured by Dalescraft, a Yorkshire based firm of highly skilled cabinet makers that produced low volumes of high quality furniture. The design is outstanding complemented by a wonderful grain and patina acquired during its aging process. The planked top is a thick, generous slab of solid wood. The storage is great and comprises of a very long drop-down door cupboard and a bank of 4 wide drawers. The condition is really good with very minor signs of ware and tear, as per photos. For accuracy we just need to mention that one of the handles seems to have been replaced by a similar one as the wood tone is slightly different than the remaining ones but this is completely unnoticeable. Overall this piece is an absolutely stunning example of the 20th Century English design, ready to add lots of charm to any mid Century inspired room.
