This is a very solid and well sideboard made in the 1960’s featuring an innovative foldable cupboard doors unusual at the time. The style is perfect if you’re looking for a minimal modernist touch to your living room/dining room. Also the size is great for those who don’t have much space in modern homes (just under 170cm or 70 inches). The edges, handles and drawer fronts are curved again giving an innovative look. The doors open to reveal a generous cupboard with plenty of storage space with a long middle shelf. This sideboard as three drawers (one of which as a cutlery compartment). The teak has as a fantastic colour and a unique lovely grain creating a symmetrical effect on the front of the sideboard. This piece is in superb restored condition with only minimal age related wear. Overall this stunning piece of furniture is a great investment in that won’t disappoint in the future. It will certainly make the perfect stage to any unique mid century art or objects collection.
