Beautiful and stylish tallboy chest of drawers designed by Victor B. Wilkins and produced from the late 1960s through the 70s by E Gomme / G Plan as part of the Fresco range of furniture. Fresco was the most successful range of teak furniture in the 70s mainly because of its characteristic quality of craftsmanship and attention to details. Featuring 6 drawers with dovetail joints and elegant sculpted handles combining solid afromosia wood and teak veneer, beautiful selected veneers in a great minimal modernist look. The unit is in superb condition with a great patina. Very minor signs of use as per photos. Overall this stunning piece will certainly make the perfect addition to any mid century inspired room.
