Stunning teak bureau designed by Robert Heritage for Beaver and Tapley in the 60s. A unique piece in excellent vintage condition and recently revived. The storage comprises of a nice handy and lockable drop-down large door that double as a worktop (with shelving for small objects/paperwork). At the bottom part of the unit there is a small shelving area with sliding glass doors. The unit is in excellent condition for age, very solid and all joints strong and sturdy, typical Robert Heritage quality. Unfortunately the key is missing. Some very minor age related wear that definitely does not distract from the beauty of the piece (as per photos). Pieces designed by Robert Heritage are highly sought after these days as they represent high quality and a form of investment. Small and compact, this piece of furniture is offered in excellent original condition and will be a great addition to any mid century inspired small apartment. Chair not included.
